When planning an event distance can sometimes pose a challenge in the planning process. Many couples wonder how they can find wedding vendors or attend tastings when they don't reside in the area. Vendors are there to support you and your vision on your wedding day. This amazing group of vendors made this day truly memorable. In the photos below, you can see the joy of the day as the DJ and Coordinator were asked to sign as witnesses. The Officiant was ready with a beautifully prepared ceremony, and the Mariachi band started the evening with a lively atmosphere.

Win of the day
A weather malfunction occurred on the day of the wedding, adding an unexpected twist to the celebrations. As we prepped the decor under the beautifully tented space, the walls were rolled up to allow the refreshing breeze to flow through. However, just as the atmosphere was filled with joy and anticipation, a sudden gust of wind swooped in, catching everyone off guard. Not only did it topple over the carefully arranged centerpieces, but it also sent the water from the vases cascading onto the pristine white tables below. Panic briefly filled the air, but the seasoned wedding planners at Hermanas Events LLC quickly sprang into action. With preparation, we had the foresight to discuss with the bride extra linen for unforeseen incidents just like this. Within moments, the dedicated team was swiftly replacing the damp tablecloths and salvaging the decor. The mishap was quickly turned into a memorable anecdote that added a touch of adventure to the wedding day.
